Whole tuna simply prepared with olive oil and canned by the artisanal cannery La Gondola in Matosinhos, north of Porto.

This exceptional preserve is 100% Portuguese, prepared by La Gondola Cannery using traditional artisanal methods. It only uses high-quality fresh tuna, caught off the Azores, which results in a fleshy fish whose flavor is preserved.
