Terras d'Ervideira I Red Wine from Alentejo - 75cl

Terras d'Ervideira is a red wine from the Alentejo region with an intense garnet color, aromas of plums, wild berries, and spices. On the palate, it is a velvety wine with a balanced acidity and soft tannins.

Fermentation is carried out variety by variety, in rotating stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25ºC, then the blended wine remains for 4 months in French oak barrels.

This is a very well-balanced red wine that pairs perfectly with red or white meats as well as cooked dishes and cheeses.
