Ceramic sardine that finds its place throughout the house and immediately evokes Portugal. It can be placed on a piece of furniture thanks to its flat belly, or even fixed to the wall thanks to its belly hole. It is also very often used at the table, as a decorative object or as a cutlery rest.

This piece comes from a traditional ceramics workshop located near Caldas da Rainha, in central Portugal, the ancestral home of Portuguese ceramics. All the pieces are entirely made there and then hand-painted with methods and attention to detail that are rarely seen anymore.
