Rush grows wild in the region, no fertilizers, no pesticides, it just takes a bit of effort to harvest it.
Sizing, drying, everything is manual and local: no transport, no chemicals, no machines...
Weaving: At this stage too, everything is local. The village artisans share a workshop and take turns fulfilling orders.
Assembly, finishing, and quality control: no bag leaves the workshop without the elders having inspected every seam.
