Calibration, drying, everything is manual and local: no transport, no chemicals, no machines...
Weaving: At this stage too, everything is local. The village artisans share a workshop and take turns to fulfill orders.
Assembly, finishing, and quality control: no bag leaves the workshop without being inspected inside out by the elders.
