The rush grows wild in the region; no fertilizer, no pesticides, just a little effort to harvest it.
Calibration, drying, everything is manual and local: no transportation, no chemicals, no machines...
Weaving: At this stage too, everything is local. The village artisans share a workshop and take turns to fulfill orders.
Assembly, finishing, and quality control: no bag leaves the workshop without the elders having inspected it thoroughly.
