Insolito is a red wine from the Alentejo region. It has an intense ruby colour with aromas of wild berries and cocoa. Its supple, ripe tannins provide good persistence and give the wine excellent ageing potential.

Its intensity makes it a perfect match for roasted red meats. It is also excellent with strong cheeses such as Portuguese Azeitão or French Roquefort.
