An exceptional piece 100% handmade

Large majestic plate due to its dimensions (27cm) and its design inspired by the details of Portuguese azulejos.

This plate is an original piece entirely made and hand-painted with remarkable quality. It reveals details, colors and a surface appearance that industrial productions cannot reproduce. The care taken in its firing also guarantees that it will retain its luster for years.

What I like

  • An incomparable presence on a table.
  • A perfect association with a white earthenware service.
  • A quality of manufacture that is instantly noticeable.

Sado Estuary in PortugalThe Sado river originates in the Serra da Vigia, near Beja, and flows through the plains of Alentejo for 180km northwards, to empty into the Atlantic Ocean, near Setúbal 50km south of Lisbon. Its estuary is a natural reserve particularly known for being the habitat of a large community of bottlenose dolphins.

Memoria Lusa is a traditional ceramics workshop located in Maiorga, central Portugal. All pieces are entirely made and then hand-painted there. Feel free to discover the entire collection of authentically Portuguese dinnerware.
