Box set of jam and spices

Box of 6 jam tubes made from fruits with protected designation of origin (AOC) and Portuguese aromatic herbs such as lemongrass, mint, verbena, lavender or licorice.

Each of these jams is presented in an aluminum tube with a screw cap, allowing it to preserve all its flavors.

Azores pineapple and lemongrass: Jam with a citrusy and sweet and sour taste resulting from the blend of Azores pineapple and lemongrass.

Apple, mint and Port wine: Jam made from a specific apple, extremely aromatic, juicy, sweet and sour at the same time. It blends perfectly with mint, which brings a slight touch of freshness to the jam. Port wine brings a sophisticated final touch with its light and sweet taste.

Strawberry, raspberry and mint: The combination of the freshness of nationally produced strawberries and raspberries is enhanced by the fresh and slightly pungent aroma of mint.

Raspberry, redcurrant and verbena: Raspberry and redcurrant combine to create a slightly tart jam which, combined with verbena, takes on a light lemon taste, enhancing its freshness.

Blackberry and lavender: Blackberry, a fruit with a very delicate texture, sweet and subtly acidic liveliness, is combined with lavender, a very aromatic plant, thus giving this jam a unique and extremely delicate taste.

Blueberry and licorice: Blueberry, a wild fruit with a taste that oscillates between sweet, sour and bitter, combines wonderfully with lemon balm with a slightly lemony taste.
