Coimbra ceramics has existed since the 16th century, with ceramics workshops traditionally using cobalt blue in monochrome tones, as well as yellows, greens and ochres. This art, characteristic of this town in northern Portugal, has been recognized the world over for several centuries.

        It Looks Lovely But the Lid does not sit properly

        I was so looking forward to receiving this item. It looks lovely but unfortunately, the lid does not properly sit on the bottom. I can make it work but I am disappointed that it dosen't fit properly and I have to shift it to have it closed.
        I would have returned but since it came from Portugal I did not see that as an option.

        Livraison compliquée

        UPS ont livré le produit dans 4 endoits différents et très loin de chez, je n’ai pas réussi a savoir pourquoi ils ne l’ont pas livré dàs le relais colis que j’avais indiqué. Ils ont finit par le livrer directement chez moi. Donc 3 semaines au lieu d’une.

        Effectivement, je vous prie de nous excuser pour cette livraison qui a pris 12 jours. Le relais que vous aviez sélectionné a rejeté votre colis et nous somme intervenus auprès d'UPS pour que vous soyez livré à domicile ce qui a pris un peu de temps.

        Extrêmement déçue de vos produits et surtout du service après vente.
        Le fait de devoir payer 20€ de frais de retours pour un produit que je n'ai pas souhaité est à mon sens inacceptable de la part d'une entreprise qui fait payer si cher ses produits !

        Bonjour, vous avez bien reçu le produit que vous avez commandé. Il est bien précisé que chacun de ces beurriers est unique car peint à la main sans gabarit comme ils l'étaient au 18e siècle. Nous vous avons remboursé votre achat.
