The Cobres Cunha workshop was created in 1932 by João da Cunha Ferreira in front of the São José chapel in Barcelos.
Today, this artisanal workshop still exists, has moved a few steps away, and produces brass jewelry used as accessories by designers at Portuguese Fashion Week.
