Return & refund Policy

Return time.

You have 14 days to return all or part of your order and, depending on your wishes, we will offer you an exchange or refund. This 14-day period begins on the day you receive your package and is calculated in calendar days.

Eligible customers.

This service is exclusively reserved for orders delivered and returned from a country belonging to the European Community and is reserved for private customers, excluding orders placed for a company.

Eligible products.

The following are excluded from returns and cannot be returned or exchanged

  1. Special order, quantity or non-catalog items.
  2. Custom-made items.Food products.
  3. Products that have been used.
  4. Items ordered in the “outlet” category.

Conditions of transport for returned goods.

Transport of returned products remains the responsibility of the customer. In order for us to proceed with a full refund of the product price.

  1. Please return the products to us in their entirety, in their original, unopened packaging, and in perfect condition.
  2. Be sure to pack them well in a sturdy cardboard box and to wedge them to protect them from any shocks.
  3. Select a registered parcel service with proof of delivery, preferably using UPS, DHL or FEDEX. Please do not return your parcel to us. We will not be able to collect it and it will be returned to you or destroyed.
  4. If you are returning an item from a country outside the European Union, please ensure that you make the necessary customs declarations and pay the relevant taxes.
  5. Finally, please ensure that you respect the return deadline: any parcel returned to us more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Validation of return request.

Indicate your intention to return all or part of your order using the form below. We will then inform you of the address to which to return your parcel. Please do not spontaneously return your parcel to the company's head office address, as we will not be able to receive it there and it will be returned or destroyed.

Refund terms.

We will refund the price paid for the item(s) returned. The refund is made to the payment method used for the order. We credit your credit card or Paypal account and send you an email to inform you that the transaction has been completed. Refunds are made within a maximum of 30 days.
