The Pastéis de Nata molds are of outstanding quality. I've already tested them, and they performed perfectly. As promised, they withstand the high oven temperatures required, making it possible to bake Pastéis de Nata that are very close to the authentic original. The puff pastry turns out wonderfully crisp, while the custard caramelizes beautifully on top, creating a glossy finish with the characteristic dark spots. The molds are worth every penny.
