Coffret en carton Luisa Paixão

Beautiful gift set - a perfect present and incredibly well packaged. Thank you!

At the time of writing I have been waiting 19 days for my package to arrive. The website predicts "4-5 days". I still don't have any clarity on when it will arrive or why it has been delayed.

I haven't received an apology from Luisa-Paixao for the inconvenience and the one time I did hear from them they suggested the parcel would arrive in 'the next following days', which was incorrect - it has been a further 8 days since that prediction and there is still no sign of when my parcel will arrive.

It would have been much more helpful if they had told me they couldn't guarantee when the package would arrive, in which case I could have made alternative arrangements. I sent two further emails to try and gain clarity, both of which are unanswered after 48 hours.

I don't think they should be advertising on their website that there are no delays when my package has taken 5 times longer (and counting) to arrive than the 4-5 days forecast.

Very frustrating.

I got this for my brother’s birthday gift and he was beyond happy! Our mum is from Portugal and taught us right about pasteis, and this is the most perfect Portuguese gift!!

I bought your teas for a cousin who was born and raised in Terceira. She now lives in United States. The teas were a beautiful reminder of her home

I had a good experience with the item I bought; however, it was a gift for a friend. I have not heard anything about how the products were when he use them. Please don’t send me any more surveys.

Love these teas! The flavor is smooth and tasty and no need to doctor them up. Just enough sweetness and flavor. Liked it so much I bought some as a gift!

Wonderful. It was a joy to receive so many beautiful tins of Portuguese sardines: they are works of art (also delicious). I had a little difficulty with delivery but, ultimately, thanks to your helpful members of staff, everything arrived in time, and so elegantly packaged. Thank you very much indeed. Bom dia to you!

Juste WOW!

Un gros Merci vous! :)
