Return Period.
You have 1 month to return all or part of your order. Depending on your preference, we will offer either an exchange or a refund. This period begins on the day your parcel is delivered.
Eligible Customers.
This service is exclusively available for orders delivered and returned from a country within the European Union and is reserved for private customers. Orders placed on behalf of a business are not eligible.
Eligible Products.
The following items are excluded from returns and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Special-order, bulk-order, or non-catalogue items.
- Custom-made products.
- Food products.
- Products that have been used.
- Items purchased from the "Outlet" category (end-of-line products).
Conditions for Returning Products.
The return shipment remains the responsibility of the customer. To enable us to issue a full refund for the returned products:
- Please return the products complete, in their original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition.
- Please ensure that the products are carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box with adequate protective material to prevent damage during transit.
- Select a tracked parcel service with proof of delivery and preferably use UPS, DHL or FedEx services. Do not return your parcel to a collection point or parcel shop. We will not be able to collect it, and it may be returned to you or destroyed.
- If you are returning an item from a country outside the European Union, please ensure that all required customs declarations are completed and that any applicable import duties and taxes for entry into Portugal are paid.
- Finally, please ensure that you comply with the return deadline. Any parcel received more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
Return Request Validation.
Please notify us of your intention to return all or part of your order using the form below. We will then provide you with the return address for your parcel.
Please note that you must not send your parcel directly to our registered office address. We are unable to receive returns there, and the parcel may be returned to you or destroyed.
Refund Conditions.
We will refund the amount paid for the returned item(s). Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order. We will credit your bank card or PayPal account and send you an email confirming that the refund has been processed. Refunds are issued within a maximum period of 30 days.
