Shipping policy

All our products are in stock.

All items shown on our site are available in our own stock for immediate shipment. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we do not offer the possibility to order it.

Your articles are carefully packed.

We take care of the preparation of your package. Your items are wrapped in tissue paper, we use ecological and clean kraft paper padding as well as recyclable cardboard in double or triple thickness.

Your package is shipped the same day you order.

All orders placed before 11:00 am (local time in Portugal) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11am are shipped the next day. Please note that if you place an order on Friday afternoon, it can only be shipped the following Monday.

Your delivery is tracked and your parcel is given to you against signature.

Depending on the destination country, the nature of the package and your selection, we use different delivery services. However, for reasons of quality of service, safety and speed, all our deliveries are carried out by parcel post and handing-over against signature whatever the mode of delivery which you choose.

You are informed of each step of the delivery.

Whatever your choice of delivery method, you will receive an email or a text message at each stage of the delivery of your package. You can also follow the status of your package by logging into your account on our site.

Delivery times are respected

Delivery times vary according to your choices and the country of destination. They are clearly indicated at the time of validation of your order. These times are communicated by our carriers and are validated by our statistical observations. However, they are communicated as an indication, remain under the responsibility of the carriers and do not engage Strong Existence Lda.

The delivery is guaranteed.


Provided that the delivery address is correctly filled in, that you are available to receive your parcel or to collect it from a relay point, we guarantee the reception of your parcel and its replacement in case of loss. We advise you to select the delivery method that offers a guarantee in case of lost or damaged package.

We remain available at all times.


If your parcel is not delivered within the expected time, if your parcel is delivered damaged, if your parcel is declared lost or simply if you wish information on your order and its delivery, we are here to help you and to give you the service you expect. We ship to all European countries, the USA and Canada.


All orders shipped within the European Union include VAT. You do not have to pay any tax or import duty, prices are net. Deliveries outside the European Union (to the USA, Canada or Switzerland for example) are subject to a customs declaration that we make. This may, if necessary, result in the collection of duties and taxes which may be claimed from you.


Despite all these precautions, despite the selection of carriers known for their quality of service and reliability, it may happen, in a few isolated cases, that the delivery process does not go perfectly.

Your package is not delivered


All our deliveries are made with a permanent identification of the parcel by tracking number which is communicated to you and the parcels are given only against your signature. Under these conditions, it is the responsibility of Strong Existence to deliver your package. If the package is lost, we will refund your order or send you another package within 30 days. Please note that if the carrier indicates that your package has been delivered, we are not able to make a claim. This is then your responsibility but we remain available to assist you in your efforts.

Your package is damaged.


We only use new packing boxes specially designed for international transport. If the package is visibly damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery, indicating the reason "Damaged package" and immediately notify the carrier's central services (available on the Internet) and then inform us so that we can provide you with all our assistance.

The items do not correspond to your order.


If the items you have received do not correspond to your order, simply send us a photo of the items received within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will then proceed, at our expense, to the return of the package received and the shipment of a new package.

Your items are damaged.


If the packaging seemed to be intact and one or more of your items were damaged, if you have selected a delivery method that includes the "loss & breakage" guarantee, simply send us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will then proceed to its replacement or refund.

You refuse to receive the package.


This refusal to receive your package is not equivalent to the exercise of your legitimate right of withdrawal. If you refuse the delivery of your package, it will be returned to us by the carrier. Subject to receipt of the items in good condition, we will then proceed to the refund of the amount paid for your order from which we will deduct the shipping costs and the return costs for an amount of 14.99 € plus 5.00 € administrative costs.

You do not pick up your parcel at a relay point.


The absence of withdrawal of your package in a relay point is not equivalent to the exercise of your legitimate right of withdrawal. If you do not collect your parcel within the time limits mentioned by our carriers, it will be returned to us. Subject to receipt of the items in good condition, we offer you the opportunity to be reimbursed for the amount paid for your order from which we will deduct the shipping costs and the cost of return for an amount of 14.99 € plus 5.00 € administrative costs. If you wish it we will be able to proceed to a new sending with the payment of the expenses of return for an amount of 14.99€ and the new expenses of delivery.
