The apples grown there for centuries are prized for their naturally sweet and intense flavour. Here, they create a smooth, relaxing and delicately sweet infusion.

This infusion, crafted by a small workshop in central Portugal, is presented in a beautiful airtight metal tin decorated with traditional Portuguese azulejo motifs.
