Pinta negra 2021 I White Wine from Lisboa Region - 75cl

Pinta Negra is a white wine from the Lisbon region offered by Quinta Adega Mãe, located near Torres Vedras. It is a lemon straw-colored wine with a beautiful aromatic expression of green apple from the Arinto variety and more tropical aromas from the Chardonnay variety. In the end, a rich and balanced aromatic ensemble.

On the palate, its freshness is found through good acidity in a delicate body well connected to riper fruit and the almost imperceptible presence of wood.

It pairs perfectly with roasted oily fish such as the famous Bacalhau, as well as with soft cheeses.
