This magnificent traditional Portuguese ceramic swallow is entirely hand-painted in a silver color. It receives no other treatment or varnish to preserve its satin appearance, which gives it its elegance and modernity.
This swallow is made in several sizes, of a very high quality, by one of the best Portuguese ceramic workshops, which combines ancestral know-how with a strong desire for innovation.

The swallow (Andorinha) is today an icon of national folklore and an object present in all Portuguese homes. It is used both outdoors on a facade and indoors on a wall. The swallow offered here is manufactured and painted entirely by hand, in an artisanal way, in a small workshop located in the countryside of Alcobaça.
