Fantastic canned Portuguese sardine fillets in olive oil that will make you forget all the others you've tasted until now.

The sardines are prepared as fillets, meaning they are presented without skin or bones and preserved in a superior olive oil flavored with piri-piri. Piri piri (bird's eye chili) is a small chili, originally from Angola (a former Portuguese colony) and adopted by the Portuguese, who drizzle almost all dishes with piri piri oil.

The quality of this canned food comes from the use of true and authentic Atlantic sardines, "Pilchardus" Sardines. It also comes from the traditional Portuguese preparation method by which the sardines are selected and prepared by hand, one by one, are pre-cooked by steaming, and then canned in their sauce.
