Set of 2 ceramic sardines, one entirely light green and the other striped light green and white.
These sardines find their place throughout the house and immediately evoke Portugal. They can be placed together on a piece of furniture thanks to their flat belly, or hung on the wall thanks to their belly hole. They are also widely used on the table, as a decorative object or as a cutlery rest.
These pieces come from a traditional ceramic workshop located near Caldas da Rainha, in central Portugal, the ancestral birthplace of Portuguese ceramics. All pieces are entirely handcrafted and then hand-painted there with methods and attention to detail that are rarely found anymore.
