Pineapple from the Azores and lemongrass: A jam with a pleasant aroma, citrusy and sweet and sour taste, born from the blend of Azores pineapple and lemongrass.

Kiwi and Douro Moscatel: Kiwi is a fruit that is both sweet and tart. The sweet and mellow Douro Moscatel wine gives it its intense aroma.

Orange, Persimmon and Douro wine: Algarve Orange and Muscat wine are perfect adjuncts for persimmon. Grown in Portugal either in tree production or scattered, it is a fruit with orange-red flesh, juicy with a sweet and sour taste and a lot of tannin.

Pumpkin, orange, cinnamon and Port wine: The combination of pumpkin and Algarve oranges offers a sweet and warm, then fresh and slightly acidic flavor. Port, a fortified wine with a unique flavor, adds an intense aroma.
