How to determine your cap size?
- Use a tailor's tape measure or a simple cord to measure around your head, above your ears, in the middle of your forehead.
- Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly, as if you were wearing the cap.
- Read the measurement in centimeters; this is the cap size you need.
- The average size is 56 cm for women and 58 cm for men.
- If your measurement is between sizes, choose the next size up.
