Fused Glass Bowl from Marinha Grande - Yellow

This small serving bowl is entirely handcrafted in Marinha Grande, the birthplace of Portuguese glassmaking. It is created by fusing coloured glass sheets at high temperatures, giving each piece its distinctive character.

Its perfectly rounded shape is ideal for serving salads, fruit or small sharing dishes. Even when left empty, displayed on a dining table or sideboard, it becomes a striking decorative centrepiece.

Every bowl is one of a kind, born from the creativity of Sílvia, a young Portuguese designer, and the craftsmanship of Rui, her husband and master glassmaker.

This glass piece is designed by Sílvia, a young Portuguese designer, and handcrafted by Rui, her husband, in their workshop in Marinha Grande, the historic heart of Portuguese glassmaking. Founded in 1997, this family-run workshop combines the centuries-old glassmaking tradition of Marinha Grande with the innovative art of glass fusing.
