        Very dissappinted

This is a very expensive, very tiny carafe (about 200ml). With a nozzle that doesn’t actually attach, making it functionally useless. I even emailed asking if there was some trick I was missing and heard nothing, it’s just a bit of metal which does not connect to the body so can’t be used for pouring, the image is purposely misleading. Very disappointed and out a lot of money.

We’re sorry to hear about your feedback.
The dimensions and capacity of the carafe are clearly indicated on our website.
Regarding the stopper, please send us a photo by email and we will provide you with the appropriate instructions or send you a replacement stopper if necessary.
