Calibrating, drying, everything is manual and local: no transport, no chemicals, no machines...
Weaving: At this stage too, everything is local. The village artisans share a workshop and take turns fulfilling orders.
Assembly, finishes and quality control: no bag leaves the workshop without the elders having inspected it thoroughly.
