This authentic Portuguese Piri-Piri sauce is made to prepare the famous Portuguese chicken. Use it to coat the chicken while baking or barbecuing. It clings to the skin, flavors the meat, and deepens as it cooks. It can also be used to prepare a marinade for other meats or vegetables.

Un gout extraordinaire

J’adore toutes les épices pimentées et j’avais un petit flacon de piripiri que j’avais eu a un ami campingcariste Belge et en lisant l’étiquette je me suis aperçu que c’était fabriqué au Portugal et en cherchant sur le net j’ai vu votre site et j’en ai commandé 3 flacon .
Je viens de les recevoir et de gouter : un gout extaordinaire , rien a voir avec le petit flacon en plastique (les votres en verre n’altére pas le gout ). Je ne regrette pas mon choix et en parleras dans ma famille et mon entourage
