The authentic Portuguese marinade, without piri-piri, traditionally used to prepare the famous Portuguese-style chicken. This marinade is used to flavour chicken before cooking in the oven or on the barbecue. It is also perfect for other meat dishes, especially ribs.
This marinade is produced by Quinta d'Avo, a small farm located north of Lisbon, according to the highest quality standards: no added water, no preservatives, no artificial colouring, no added flavourings, cholesterol-free, gluten-free and guaranteed GMO-free.
Why I love it
- A milder marinade without piri-piri heat.
- The quality of the ingredients harvested at Quinta d'Avo.
- The glass bottle that preserves flavour perfectly.
