Friends bright back a can of the “com pimenta”. Hands down the best sardines I’ve had. Perfect flavor and texture. The whole tin was 2 large sardines filleted down the middle. I’m going to order more and try some other flavors as well!

As we all know, most old-world mfgrs of sardines are now gone, as international corporations have taken over the industry (see farmed fish, fake olive oil, etc) but, your little company is still making things the old fashioned way.
