Carvalho Ribeiro & Ferreira Reserve ist ein Aguardente Velha, der regelmäßig zu den besten portugiesischen Aguardente zählt. Er wird seit seiner ersten Produktion im Jahr 1895 nach demselben Rezept hergestellt und in Eichenfässern gelagert, was ihm eine Bernsteinfarbe und ein intensives, komplexes Aroma verleiht.

Es ist ein Brandy mit einem sehr langen und anhaltenden Abgang, der sich verstärkt, wenn man ihn in einem vorgewärmten Glas genießt.

Aguardente Velha ist ein Weinbrand, der mit Cognac vergleichbar ist und zu den Glanzstücken der portugiesischen Gastronomie gehört. Er wird aus Trester portugiesischer Rebsorten hergestellt und dann über viele Jahre in Eichenfässern gelagert.

Horrible delivery experience from UPS. Goods arrived shattered. Wrote emails to you and UPS with no response. This is my first and last purchase from your company. Your customer seevice does not seem to exist.

We are sorry that your delivery experience with UPS was disappointing and that two bottles of aguardente were damaged after being left in your garden.

However, we cannot accept the statement that our customer service “does not seem to exist”. Your incident was reported by email on Wednesday at 6:22 pm, and we replied the next day at 11:51 am with a prepaid return label. We therefore responded quickly and immediately offered a solution at no cost to you.

Damaged parcels are very rare, but when they happen, we always take responsibility. According to the photos you provided, the bottles appear to be damaged, not shattered. As explained, we will refund the damaged bottles as soon as we receive the return. The return is free of charge for you.

La livraison a été très laborieuse
Point relais non respecté par UPS beaucoup de démarche pour récupérer mon colis
J’ai du relancer plusieurs fois à la fois Luisa et UPS. Colis reçus presque 15jours après ce qui était prévu
Alors le produit est peut être bon mais trop de stress et action pour moi je ne suis pas contente

Bonjour, effectivement votre colis a été livré dans la consigne sélectionnée mais vous n'avez pas pu disposer du code de retrait. Nous avons demandé à UPS de retirer votre colis de la consigne puis de vous le mettre à disposition dans le relais le plus proche, ce qui a pris un peu de temps. Je vous prie d'accepter nos excuses.
